Injectats Gaya S.L. is a company which specializes in design and manufacture of products and components through thermoplastics’ injection, a field in which we have become a referent in the Spanish state thanks to the trust that different sectors have put on us for more than 25 years.

The productive activity of Injectats Gaya is focused on thermoplastics’ injection.

Our company specializes in components for automotive, agriculture, electrical appliances and the manufacture of injected fruit and vegetable crates as its own products. This last product is what makes Injectats Gaya a renowned company in Spain.

Our experience in the application of thermoplastics’ injection along with our preciseness and constancy of our quality department, accredited with the ISO 9001:2015, has made us a company in constant expansion and consolidated our export vocation, with a 20% of our production dedicated to the foreign market.

Company’s history

Last 2017, Injectats Gaya S.L. celebrated its silver anniversary. 25 years of life in which our firm has constantly evolved and grown since Joan Gaya father and son, decided to build this family business in a small workshop of 60 square meters based in Les Borges Blanques.

In this quarter of a century, Injectats Gaya has diversified its production and modernized, as well as expanded its facilities up to 10.000 square meters that we currently occupy in the ‘Polígono Industrial Les Verdunes (Les Borges Blanques)’ to where we moved in 2004. This growth has allowed us to also increase our staff in more than 30 workers and to have the machinery of the last generation which provides us with a robotized production.

Our company has the machinery of the last generation. Machines from 55 tm to 1.500 tm with an injection volume of up to 10.000 cm3.

 

Despite this constant evolution and diversification, Injectats Gaya maintains the essence of a family business from our origins, notorious for the quality of our product and the client service. This constancy has favored us from having the ISO 9001:2015 certificate since 2009 for the management of the quality system applied to the thermoplastics’ injection and has provided us with the trust of the quality control department of different automotive brands for which we work since our beginnings.
